Palas Iași is the first mixed-use project developed in Romania, a premiering project designed to pay homage to the iconic building of Palace of Culture, while acting also as an economic and social boost for the entire region.
Spanning on over 5 hectares and inspired by Renaissance aesthetics, Palas Park creates a splendid bellevue of the Palace of Culture, the unanimously recognized symbol of Iași.
The garden is located on the former grounds of the Princely Court of Iași and includes includes tens of thousands of decorative plants and trees of dozens of species, while also addressing the need for an accessible and comfortable space for its modern visitors, adults and children alike.
PALAS has consolidated the business district of the city of IAȘI. It includes over 100,000 square meters of class A office space and reunites over 50 international companies, employing more than 10,000 people.
