Raluca and Bogdan both worked in corporations, then developed a startup that offered a tool for gaming animations, Marionette Studio. Since the growth opportunities in the industry were limited, they refocused and developed NestorUp, after 6 months of validating the problems and developing an intelligent solution to them. Their product uses business and emotional intelligence indicators to help companies align business strategies to their employees expectations and deliver more sustainable growth and happiness at work.

After taking part in the acceleration program OrangeFab, Nestor joined the 3 month program at the famous Y Combinator. They’re currently working with many businesses in the EU and USA, from startups to Fortune 100 companies..
