Șapte Coline
The people from Șsapte Coline (Seven Hills) finally have seven hills of responsibility. Proof that in 2005, when their standards of quality-friendly craftsmen were not met, they stopped production. They resumed it, knowing that they could sustain “the special attention paid to every detail, as well as the mastery of the brewers in a fair and full of personality beer.” A beer with tradition in Iași.
Where can your trip take to get a taste of the local brands?
Let’s tell those who only now discover Iași that, if in the past there was Café Alexandre, the City Hall Garden or, more popularly, La Greci or La Bacalu; if there was especially Bragadiru, a fabulous Beer Cart that Iași lost irretrievably, today we have Beer Zone, Atelierul de Bere and the newcomer to the arena, like Freddy Mercury on stage – Radio Gaga English Pub! So in Iași the beer flows frothy, its bitterness reminding, paradoxically, of how beautiful life is!
